Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship the Item

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
